Michael Morris Sr.

Michael Morris Sr. has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Michael began their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Frankoski Construction, Inc., where they were responsible for bid document preparation, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling. In 1995, they joined ALNA Construction Corporation as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed multiple projects, maintained budgets, and ensured projects were completed ahead of schedule. In 2011, Michael moved to Regiment Construction Corporation, where they continued their role as a Project Manager, overseeing government hospital and facility construction projects. Michael then joined Damon G. Douglas Company in 2013, further enhancing their project management skills and technical knowledge. Michael's experience expanded to include roles at Hollister Construction Services and Wohlsen Construction Company, where they served as a Project Manager, handling various construction projects. Currently, they are the Project Executive at Vericon Construction Company, where they hold a senior management position overseeing project execution.

Michael Morris Sr. attended St. Benedict's Preparatory School from 1983 to 1987. Michael then went on to study Architecture at the University of Virginia from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the OSHA 30 Hour Safety Training certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in August 2012.
