Vikas Aditya

Vikas Aditya is the CEO of Veridic Solutions, a cloud and digital transformation services company with a global presence. Vikas has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including senior leadership positions at Accion Labs, QuikFynd, Inc., and Mobilian Corp.

Aditya has a proven track record of delivering growth and creating shareholder value. At Accion Labs, they created a growth strategy that led to 25% annual revenue growth and 45% annual EBITDA growth from 2017 to 2020. This resulted in a 2X increase in valuation and an investment from TA Associates, a leading PE firm.

At Mobilian Corp, they created a unique IP + IC licensing business model that forged partnerships with leading semiconductor enterprises and positioned the company for a successful acquisition by Intel. Vikas also employed change management acumen that ensured collaboration, strong retention, and a seamless acquisition.

Aditya holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.

Vikas Aditya has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they focused on finance, strategy, and general management. Vikas also has an MS in electrical & computer engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Their undergraduate degree is in electrical, electronics and communications engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
