Nikos Nikolaou has extensive experience in customer experience and technical support roles. Nikos began their career in 2000 as a Lecturer at Kingston University. In 2006, they held Technical Support Engineer roles at both Secure Computing and CipherTrust. From 2008 to 2022, they held various positions at Proofpoint, including Director Custom Solutions, Director Professional Services, Manager EMEA/APAC Technical Support, Lead EMEA Technical Support, and Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2022, they began their current role as Vice President Customer Experience at Veridium.

Nikos Nikolaou attended Kingston University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a BSc in Mathematics and Computing. Nikos then attended Royal Holloway, University of London from 1999 to 2000, where they earned an MSc in Information Security. In 2021, they earned a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online. In 2022, they earned a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online.
