Zehua L.

Zehua L. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Software Engineer at the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore. In 2005, Zehua became a Team Leader and Senior Engineer at Yokogawa Engineering Asia Pte Ltd, where they managed teams of 10+ developers and were involved in several sub-projects. In 2008, Zehua moved to Circos Brand Karma as a Senior Software Engineer and Director of Engineering, where they worked with the founders to define product roadmap and planned and managed development schedule. From 2009 to 2012, Zehua was an Adjunct Lecturer and Part Time Lecturer at Macquarie University and Nanyang Technological University, respectively. In 2011, Zehua became a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at mig33, leading the server team that developed the company's mobile IM and microblogging platforms. From 2013 to 2015, Zehua was a Senior Full Stack Developer and Team Lead at Atlassian, followed by a role as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, and Staff Engineer at Zendesk from 2015 to 2018. Zehua is currently a Team Lead and Senior Engineer at Canva, and will become the Head of Engineering at Veridooh in 2022.

Zehua L. began their education in 1997 at Tsinghua University. Zehua then went on to Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they earned a B.A.Sc in Computer Engineering between 1998 and 2001. Zehua then continued their studies at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, earning a PhD in Computer Science between 2002 and 2005.
