Neelima Bansal

Neelima Bansal has a strong work experience in the field of service planning, delivery, and operations. Neelima is currently working as the Head of Service Planning and Delivery at Veriff since June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Member at Chief starting from April 2023. Neelima also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Lerex Technology from February 2022 to April 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Littlepay, including Head of Service Operations - EU from December 2020 to December 2021, and Service Delivery Manager from August 2019 to December 2020. Neelima gained significant experience as a Service Delivery Manager at White Clarke Group (Now Solifi) from January 2015 to July 2019. Neelima began their career as a Service Delivery Analyst at Nativ from January 2013 to August 2014, and as a Technical Support Analyst at Convergys/Microsoft from December 2009 to August 2010.

Neelima Bansal completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Kurukshetra University from 2005 to 2009. Neelima then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Essex from 2010 to 2011. Neelima also obtained additional certifications in IT Service Transition and IT Service Operation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
