Gregory Karachuk

Gregory Karachuk has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Gregory currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Verifi Media, where they lead product development for a Web 3.0 digital rights attribution platform for the music and media industries. Prior to this, they held the role of Data & Prototyping Associate at Verifi Media.

In 2019, Karachuk became a Non Executive Director at Chinook Sciences, LLC. Gregory also served as the Managing Director at Achates Capital Ltd., a position they held since 2007.

Karachuk co-founded and led the start-up Spendmate.com. As CEO & CFO, they oversaw the development and management of the independent shopping assistant platform from 2012 to 2017. Gregory also managed project management, social media, marketing, and finances for the company.

Before entering the technology sector, Karachuk gained extensive experience in the financial industry. Gregory worked as a Principal at Bank of America, where they advised on investments, debt raising, and company restructuring. Gregory also held the position of Director at CA IB Financial Advisors S.A.

Karachuk's earlier roles include serving as the Project Director at Planning and Development Collaborative International, Inc. and the CFO & COO at Polish-American Mortgage Bank S.A. Gregory also worked as a Finance & Marketing Advisor at Huta im. T. Sendzimira Steelworks.

Their professional journey began at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., where they completed an executive training program, gaining experience in commercial banking, futures clearing, and risk management consulting for major U.S. multinational corporations.

Gregory Karachuk has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from The Wharton School. Gregory also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Princeton University. Furthermore, they have pursued studies in International Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
