Laura Randazzo

Laura Randazzo has an extensive work experience spanning several years. Starting in 1982, they worked at HR Plus Previously VanElla as the Chief Operating Officer until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Vice President of Services at Accurate Background. Laura then moved on to CareerBuilder Employment Screening LLC, where they held the position of Vice President of Compliance from 2011 to 2021. In 2020, they joined Accurate Background again as the Vice President of Compliance. After leaving Accurate Background, they worked at Creative Services, Inc. as a Senior Director from 2021 to 2024. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Business Development at Verified First.

Laura Randazzo has a field of study in Human Capital Management from DePaul University. Laura also has additional certifications including an FCRA Advanced Certification obtained in 2012 and a Licensed Private Detective certification obtained from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in 1993.
