Rachel Felton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rachel started their career as a Basketball Coach at Active Luton in 2001. Later, they joined DisabledGo as a Partnership Executive in 2004 and was promoted to Partnership Manager in 2007. Rachel managed a team and developed processes to provide access information to disabled people. In 2009, they took time off to travel and gain exposure to different cultures and environments. Rachel joined DisabledGo again in 2009, this time as a Business Development Manager, where they identified revenue opportunities and developed an online training package. Rachel then became a Senior Account Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and delivering online training programs. In 2014, they joined Central Bedfordshire Council as a 14-19 Partnership Officer, where they managed client relationships and delivered projects to support post-16 education. Currently, Rachel is working as a Senior Account Manager and Customer Success Manager at Verifile Limited, where they manage client relationships and ensures customer satisfaction.
Rachel Felton attended Northfields Upper School where they completed their A Levels. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Bedfordshire from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
