Rachel Felton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rachel started their career as a Basketball Coach at Active Luton in 2001. Later, they joined DisabledGo as a Partnership Executive in 2004 and was promoted to Partnership Manager in 2007. Rachel managed a team and developed processes to provide access information to disabled people. In 2009, they took time off to travel and gain exposure to different cultures and environments. Rachel joined DisabledGo again in 2009, this time as a Business Development Manager, where they identified revenue opportunities and developed an online training package.
