Alex Loo

Alex Loo is an experienced Senior Product Design Engineer currently working at Google since December 2022 and at Verily since January 2018, where Alex has also held roles as Senior Hardware Engineer and Hardware Engineer. Prior experience includes Lead Hardware Engineer/Sr. Systems Engineer at Cape and various engineering positions at a Private Technology Company and Lockheed Martin. Alex began the engineering career as a Mechanical Reliability Engineering Intern at ExxonMobil. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, focused on Mechatronics and Control Systems, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Additionally, Alex briefly studied at Harvard Medical School and has a diploma from Junipero Serra High School.
