Caitlin Donhowe

Caitlin Donhowe is an experienced professional in the field of data science and engineering, currently serving as the Tech Lead for Health Platforms Data Science at Verily since August 2017. In this role, Caitlin oversees a team of ten data scientists, focusing on the digitization of clinical trial protocols, development of algorithms for patient prioritization, and message automation across Verily products. Prior to Verily, Caitlin held positions at Google as a Nest Artificial Intelligence and Control Engineer, where responsibilities included managing the schedule-learning feature for the Nest Learning Thermostat, and at Intuitive Surgical as a Systems Analyst, contributing to navigation and path planning algorithms. Caitlin began a career as a Controls Engineer at NeoGuide Systems and has academic experience as a Research Assistant at Stanford University. Caitlin holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
