Erik Lack

Erik Lack is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design management. Currently serving as Design Manager at Verily since July 2020, Erik leads Participant Insights & Experience initiatives. Previous roles include Senior UX Designer for medical devices and UX Designer for hardware at Google from February 2019 to July 2020. Before that, Erik was a Senior Designer at Fjord, overseeing the Connected Product Group UX after joining through the acquisition of Matter™, where design work involved creating a unified service and design system for Carnival Cruises. Erik's earlier experience includes roles as Product Designer at Jawbone, focusing on the UP health platform, as well as design internships at Moment and Loft, llc. Erik holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
