James Sloan

James Sloan is a seasoned professional in the software development field, currently serving as a Team Leader at Verint since May 2016, where leadership of a new feature team in the Glasgow office is the primary responsibility. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at KANA Software from July 2012 to June 2016 and earlier as a Graduate Software Engineer at Sword Ciboodle, now part of KANA Software, from October 2011 to July 2012. James Sloan holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow, earned between 2007 and 2011, and completed secondary education at Gourock High School from 2001 to 2007.
