Mike Wroblewski

Mike Wroblewski is an experienced professional in Workforce Optimization Solutions, currently serving as Sr. Director of Solution Consulting at Verint since November 2012. Wroblewski has held various roles at Verint, including Director and Team Lead, focusing on discovery and solution design for leading organizations in North America. Prior to this, Wroblewski was the Practice Director for the Western Region, overseeing implementation teams for contact center software solutions, and has extensive experience managing WFO software deployments globally. Career beginnings included positions at Witness Systems and Blue Pumpkin Software, as well as a role as Director of Workforce Management for Virgin Mobile USA. Early career experience includes managing a call center for EDS, leading a large team of supervisors and employees. Wroblewski holds a BA in Communication from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
