Stewart Givens

Stewart Givens has extensive experience in customer success and project management across various roles in leading organizations. Currently serving as Vice President for Global Client Success Operations at Verint since July 2018, Stewart also holds titles of Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Professional Services. Prior to this, Stewart had a 21-year tenure at Oracle, where key positions included Senior Director of Customer Success Management, managing enablement for over 500 Customer Success Managers and governance for significant revenue streams, and Senior Director of Managed Cloud Services, overseeing programs for a large team within the Global Customer Management Group. Stewart's career began in the US Air Force, where roles included Modernization Chief Database Engineer, contributing to database management and security operations. Educational credentials include a Master's Certificate in Information Systems and Technology Project Management from Villanova University, a BS in Resource Management from Troy University, and associate degrees in Information Systems Management and Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
