Mansi Joshi, Ph.D., currently serves as a Research Project Manager at Veris Insights, where the focus is on assisting Fortune 1000 companies in refining their recruiting strategies through research on student sentiment and employer benchmarking. Prior to this role, Mansi worked at 3M as a Co-Lead for the DEI Program and as a Senior Research Associate, contributing to the development of the PRISM intervention, which emphasized the importance of purpose reflection in enhancing motivation and belonging in STEM. Mansi's research findings have been published in prestigious journals, including Nature, and have been presented at the United Nations. Previous experience includes roles at Indiana University Bloomington and Miami University as a Senior Research Associate and an NIH Fellow, as well as serving as an Associate Research Fellow at Rutgers University, where competitive grants were secured for studies involving physiological data analysis. Mansi holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
