Jennifer Gass

Jennifer Gass is currently the Assistant Manager of Retail Services at VeriScreen. Jennifer has previous experience working at Indiana University Residential Programs and Services as well as Carts Gone Wild, Inc.

At Indiana University Residential Programs and Services, Jennifer was in charge of receiving, organizing, and checking out over 15,500 campus packages. Jennifer was also responsible for checking in new student arrivals and managing room keys, student ID’s, and mailboxes. Jennifer answered questions regarding campus life, directions, and maintenance issues to help students adjust to college residency.

At Carts Gone Wild, Inc., Jennifer consulted with walk-in and telephone customers regarding parts, accessories, and golf cart sales. Jennifer was also the leader of the implementation of the new Customer Relationship Management software. Jennifer expanded the social media presence and integrated business applications into the website to create a faster flow of emails, posts, and advertisements online.

Jennifer’s experience in customer service and management make their a great asset to VeriScreen. Her ability to problem-solve and take charge make their a great leader in the Retail Services department.

Jennifer Gass has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
