Anders K. currently serves as COO at VERISEC INTERNATIONAL AB since February 2024. Prior to this, Anders held the position of General Counsel at Quant Service from September 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included developing and overseeing strategic initiatives for efficient deal execution and regulatory compliance across 15+ jurisdictions, as well as co-leading M&A and debt-restructuring efforts during the acquisition by Permira Credit in 2022. Anders also worked as an Associate at White & Case LLP in Stockholm from January 2018 to August 2020, focusing on debt finance matters. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Nordic Trustee from October 2014 to October 2017. Anders holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm University, along with additional certifications and coursework in programming, leadership, and intellectual property.
