Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Verishop

Cathy Li is the Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Verishop. Cathy has over six years of experience in business intelligence, financial planning and analysis, and operations reporting. Prior to joining Verishop, Cathy was the Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence Analytics and FP&A at Cydcor. In this role, they oversaw a team of financial analysts who supported all departments with financial modeling, reporting, and reviews. Cathy also worked closely with the CFO and CIO to improve efficiency in company reporting by rationalizing redundant or overlapping reports and developing self-service dashboards for all key end user groups.

In their previous role, Cathy partnered with the CRO and COO to drive improvement in both top and bottom-line results by focusing attention on sales funnel conversion, productivity, sales quality, and other key business drivers. Cathy also created financial models to predict profitability impact and guide negotiation of contract reviews for major clients including AT&T, Amazon, T-Mobile, and others. In addition, Cathy led the first AI project for the company among territory optimization by analyzing demographic information along with market data.

At Verishop, Cathy has further improved key dashboards in Salesforce based on evolving business requirements and supported reportings for newly established inside sales functionality. Cathy also manages the annual budget and reforecast process, serving as central point of contact for department heads, HR, accounting, and executive teams.

Cathy Li has a Master of Finance from Claremont McKenna College and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Pepperdine University. Cathy also has a minor in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Pepperdine University.
