David Atchley, CFA, has extensive experience in finance and treasury roles. David served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Treasurer at VERISIGN, where they led various treasury responsibilities such as operations, FX, investments, risk management, and corporate finance. David also managed investor relations and oversaw the issuance of high yield senior debt and initial credit rating processes. Prior to their role at VERISIGN, they worked at Cisco for over a decade in various treasury and portfolio management roles. David led the global foreign exchange risk management program, managed a multi-billion dollar investment portfolio, and executed a share repurchase program. David also opened and managed Cisco's European treasury center in Switzerland.
