Sheena Koshy

Sheena Koshy has worked in various companies and roles throughout their career. Sheena started as a Producer & Operations Assistant at KMOS/KTBG in 2001 and later became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Missouri in 2004. Sheena then worked as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Harris Corporation, supporting software product and corporate brand communications. In 2010, Sheena joined Florida Blue as a Digital Communications Lead and later transitioned to work as a Digital Communications Consultant at iStart Jax | SMG3, where they worked with multiple organizations to drive brand engagement and awareness. From 2016 to 2021, they joined Transdev North America as a D&I and Communications Leader, where they developed and executed a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy. Sheena also worked at Mapbox as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead, where they built and executed a DEI strategy to enhance employee engagement. In 2023, they worked as a DEI Consultant at the Almond Group, helping organizations develop and implement measurable diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Currently, Sheena is working as a DEI Program Director at Verisign.

Sheena Koshy obtained an Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Georgetown University in 2021. In their earlier education, they completed a Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Central Missouri between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting and Film from the same university.
