Suzanne Kennedy

Suzanne Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Suzanne started their career at AOL in 1999, where they worked as a Senior QA Engineer and later as a QA Tech Manager, overseeing a team of QA engineers. At AOL, they were responsible for various aspects of quality assurance, including requirements analysis, test procedures, and defect tracking. Suzanne also integrated third-party platforms into AOL's advertising infrastructure.

In 2009, Suzanne joined VeriSign as a QA Engineer IV, where they created and enhanced automation scripts and played a crucial role in hiring and training new employees. Subsequently, they worked at NYSE Euronext as the Director of Engineering in the Global Web Organization from 2010 to 2012. In this role, Suzanne built and managed a QA team, defined QA processes, and trained resources both on-site and offshore.

Since 2012, Suzanne has been working at Verisign as a Product Management Director, leading the organization's business operations. Suzanne'sresponsibilities include managing major applications for authentication and authorization, account data, and regulatory/contractual information. Suzanne also oversees the organization's business resilience program to reduce risk for support functions.

Suzanne Kennedy holds a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. Suzanne also holds a certification as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from DRI International. Suzanne is also a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level VI (PMC-VI) from Pragmatic Marketing.
