Tracy Spadola

Tracy Spadola is a seasoned data management executive with extensive experience in strategic operations and industry leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Data Operations at Verisk since July 2015, Tracy is responsible for formulating and executing data strategies that enhance product and service delivery while supporting business development. In addition to this role, Tracy has been the Vice President of Industry Relations and Engagement for the Insurance Data Management Association since 2011, representing the organization at various events. Previous positions include practice lead for the insurance consulting team at Teradata, chair of the board of directors at IDMA, and data management roles at Encompass Insurance and CNA Insurance. Tracy's educational background includes advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and Management Information Systems, along with a data analytics boot camp from the University of Virginia.
