Ben Sempala-Ntege is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and commercial operations, currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Client Success at Verisk Maplecroft since 2013. Previous roles at Verisk Maplecroft include Director of Global Client Success and Head of Client Services. Prior to this, Ben served as Equerry and Programme Manager at The Royal Household and held the rank of Captain in the British Army from 1998 to 2005. Ben's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Ancient History from the University of Exeter and an MA in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University of London, along with training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
