Antonia Hernandez

Antonia Hernandez has a strong background in business development and management. Antonia is currently working as a Sr Business Development Director at Veristat. Antonia has also served as a Lehrbeauftragte (lecturer) at Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, teaching courses in Business Administration and Corporate Leadership. Antonia has previous experience as an Associate Director of Business Development & Proposals at Emmes Europe, a Senior Account Development Representative at PPD, and a Country Sales Manager at Anklam Extrakt GmbH. Antonia has also held roles as an International Area Manager for America at CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH, an International Area Manager at William Demant (MAICO Diagnostic GmbH) Berlin, and a Senior Manager Europe at EFKON GROUP (later INTELLIC GmbH).

Antonia Hernandez has a diverse education history. Antonia obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they pursued further studies in Business Analytics at The Wharton School in 2017-2018.

Earlier in their educational journey, Antonia earned an MBA in Performance Management from Leuphana University of Lüneburg between 2012 and 2014. Antonia also holds a Master's degree in International Business (MIB) from ESCI-UPF, which they completed in 2005-2006.

Antonia began their undergraduate studies at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Science from 2001 to 2006. Antonia also pursued studies in Marketing and Market Research, earning an MSc from Universitat de Barcelona in 2002-2004.

Before their business-focused academic pursuits, Antonia obtained a Master's degree in Psychology (Licenciatura Psicología) from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona between 1985 and 1990.

In terms of certifications, Antonia has obtained a Biotech Associate certificate from PPD through their Biotech University Certificate Program in 2021. Antonia has also completed certifications in Presentation Mastery, Leadership Development, and Mentoring Mastery through Toastmasters International in the same year. Additionally, they have pursued Spanish Bilingual communication skills development through the Toastmasters Spanish Bilingual SF program from 2019 to 2021.
