Rukmini Dey

Rukmini Dey has diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Rukmini started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto and later worked as a Clinical Support in the Gastrointestinal Cancer Clinic at Princess Margaret Hospital. Rukmini then transitioned into the field of recruitment, working as a Recruitment Consultant at CPG Executive Search Inc., and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at St. Amour & Associates. Rukmini also gained experience as a Research Associate at The Stevenson Group, where they developed extensive sourcing strategies and conducted research in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical market. Rukmini continued their recruitment career at Catalent Pharma Solutions, first as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer and later as a Recruiter for the North America region. Currently, they are employed at Veristat as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, responsible for leading recruitment efforts and defining Veristat's employment brand and candidate experience.

Rukmini Dey completed their Master's degree in Biotechnology at Columbia University from 2014 to 2015. Rukmini then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biotechnology and Psychology at the University of Toronto from 2010 to 2014. Prior to their higher education, Rukmini attended Holy Cross Convent High School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as critical thinking, diversity recruiting, and communication skills.
