Alberto De la Serna Climent has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alberto began their career in 2011 with Indra, where they worked as a Junior Consultant and later as a Tech Consultant. In these positions, they led multiple projects, implemented software solutions, and formulated new strategies, achieving high production rates and client satisfaction.
In 2018, Alberto joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant, gaining experience in strategy consulting. Alberto also interned at Amazon, participating in their Pathways Leadership Development Program.
In 2019, Alberto became a Member at Nova Talent, and in 2020, they joined Verisure as the Group HR Strategy Manager. Alberto quickly advanced within the company, taking on roles as the Head of Group HR Strategy and currently serves as the HR Strategy Director.
Additionally, Alberto has ventured into academia, working as a Professor at Instituto de Empresa from 2022. Alberto has also contributed to IE Business School, participating in their IE Experience program, where they collaborated with Microsoft on a business impact project.
