María Ruz Gracia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. María began their career as a Formación Dual - Ausbildung at Hotel Novina Tillypark in 2015. María then worked as a Sales Representative and Customer Service Specialist at Avis Budget Group from 2016 to 2018. At WAM We Are Marketing, María served as a Digital Sales Specialist from 2018 to 2019. María then joined Structuralia as a Digital Marketing Executive, where they developed an internal Inbound Marketing strategy and supervised content creation until 2020. María later worked at Havas Group España as an Account Executive for Vodafone. Most recently, they have been a Digital Analyst at Grupo GFT, primarily focusing on Toyota. In 2023, María will join Verisure as a Digital Analytics & CRO - Nordics Cluster, where they will leverage their skills to monitor and enhance digital assets.

María Ruz Gracia completed their Bachelor's Degree in Tourism at Universidad de Córdoba from 2009 to 2013. In 2011-2012, they also received an Erasmus Scholarship from Stenden University of Applied Sciences in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. In terms of their recent education, María obtained a Master's Degree in Marketing Digital from GADE Business School in 2019 and another Master's Degree in Digital Analytics from KSchool in 2020-2021.
