Martin Frei

Martin Frei's work experience begins in 1995 when they started an apprenticeship and fixed job at Credit Suisse, which lasted until 1999. In 2007, they became a Co-Founder of Karakter Management / ThreethirtyYeah and held that position until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Project & Product Manager at Audatex Switzerland. In 2014, they also became a Member Board of Trustees at Familienstiftung Fritz Frei, a position they held until 2021. Since 2018, they have been employed at VERIT Immobilien - Ein Unternehmen der Avobis Group, starting as Head of Projects / Digitalization until 2020 and then becoming the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) until 2023. Currently, they are a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and a member of the management team at VERIT Immobilien.

Martin Frei's education history begins in 2015 when they attended the ZHAW School of Management and Law and obtained an International Executive Master of Business Administration (IEMBA) degree with a focus on International Business Administration and Management. In February 2017, they acquired the Executive Master of Business Administration ZFH certification from the same institution. In September 2017, Martin obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

In 2018, they enrolled at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Digital Real Estate in 2019. Martin's most recent educational endeavor was attending the Rochester-Bern Executive Programs in 2022 and 2023, where they obtained a Certified Board Member degree with a field of study in CAS Verwaltungsrat.

Additionally, they achieved membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor society in February 2018.
