Glen O’connor

Glen O'Connor, ARM, ASP, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Risk Advisory Services at Verita CSG, Inc., as of January 2024. Previously, Glen held the position of SVP, Risk Control Director of Technical Services at Sompo International - Global Risk Solutions from May 2016 to December 2023, managing a team focused on State Compliance, Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, Cargo/Marine, and Life Science. Earlier roles include VP, Loss Control at Sompo Global Risk Solutions, Sr. P&C Risk Engineer at Chubb Insurance, and Loss Control Consultant at TFC Consultants, where Glen conducted loss control surveys primarily in construction. Glen's career began at Zurich American Insurance Group as a Loss Control Representative, followed by a role as Senior Loss Control Representative for Federated Department Stores, Inc. Glen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stony Brook University, graduated in 1989.
