Susannah Yule

Susannah Yule serves as Managing Director and Head of Talent at Veritas Capital since May 2025. Previously, Susannah held various leadership roles at Accenture, including Managing Director, Global Co-Lead and Americas Lead, Leadership & Culture from June 2023 to May 2025, and earlier Managing Director, Leadership & Culture, Americas Lead. Prior experience includes a tenure at YSC Consulting (part of Accenture) where Susannah advanced from Managing Consultant to Managing Director, Head of YSC North America between January 2014 and June 2023. Earlier career experiences encompass roles at Kaisen Consulting, OPRA Group Limited, Airways New Zealand, and the University of Canterbury, complemented by a series of degrees in Psychology from the University of Canterbury, including a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master of Science with first-class honors.
