Noi Ceballos has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, training and recruiting, data analysis, and executive support roles. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Retention at Accanto Health, Noi leads the talent acquisition team in recruiting staff for Veritas Collaborative's hospitals and centers. Throughout their career, Noi has demonstrated expertise in employee development, database management, and providing executive support. Noi holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from AIB College of Business.
