He is an expert in the practical application of predictive modeling, business intelligence, and performance analysis to achieve measurable effectiveness and efficiency gains in actual program applications. He directed consulting projects to develop child support management dashboards for the Kansas and Arizona child support programs. His Arizona work extended to caseworker dashboards, implementation of a data warehouse, and restructuring of centralized units to free up staff for local enforcement functions.
