Tim Clemens has over 30 years of work experience. Tim began their career at Clemens Food Group in 1986, where they held various roles including HR Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Organizational Development Manager, HR Training and Internal Communications Manager, Marketing Consumer Relations Manager, Quality Assurance Lab Technician/R&D/Consumer Relations, and Operations Production Worker. In 2011, they became the HR Team Member Care & Connection Manager, responsible for creating structure and processes around a new initiative to create a more caring, connected and engaged work environment. In 2017, they joined Veritas Medical Solutions as the VP People & Culture and Director of Human Resources.
Tim Clemens received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bob Jones University in 1986. Tim then went on to receive their Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University in 1999.
