Director, Outbound Product Management - Infoscale at Veritas

Doug Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Doug started their career at Snyder Insurance, where they worked as the owner for 15 years. Doug then moved on to the Ohio Department of Education, where they served as a Network Service Technician for 4 years. After that, Doug joined Symantec, where they held various positions such as Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Architect, and Senior Principal Technical Product Manager. Their responsibilities at Symantec included market research, driving solution sets, and implementing go-to-market plans. Currently, Doug is working at Veritas Technologies LLC as Director of Outbound Product Management for their InfoScale product. In this role, they focus on strategy development, go-to-market execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Doug Snyder attended Franklin University from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Management Information Systems. Prior to that, they studied General Baccalaureate at Franklin University from 1987 to 1988 and at The Ohio State University from 1985 to 1987. In addition to their education, Doug obtained several certifications, including FY21 Sales Achiever from Veritas Technologies LLC in 2021, Mirantis Certified Administrator for OpenStack - Professional Level (MCA200) from Mirantis in 2015, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2012, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library v3 from ITIL Certified in 2008.
