Jenny O'Connor

Jenny O'Connor has a strong background in business intelligence and operations management. Jenny started their career in 1997 at Apex Software as a tech support agent, providing support and training for accountancy software products. Jenny then joined Sage in 2000 as a Tech Support Team Manager, managing a team responsible for supporting various software solutions for accountancy practices. In 2005, Jenny worked at Relate Software, where they provided support and training for practice management software. Jenny joined Symantec in 2006 and held various roles, including Principal Business Operations Analyst, Associate Manager, and Operations Manager. During their time at Symantec, they excelled in requirement gathering, process improvement, and HR management. Since 2015, Jenny has been working at Veritas Technologies LLC, starting as a Senior Manager of Performance Data & Insight and progressing to Senior Director of Business Intelligence.
