Rebecca Platt

Rebecca Platt's work experience includes various roles in recruitment and talent acquisition. Rebecca is currently working as a Principal Recruiter at Veritas Technologies LLC since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Commvault from 2014 to 2021, where they held the positions of Recruiter and Senior Sourcer EMEA. Rebecca also worked at CfBT Education Trust as a Resourcer from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in recruitment and HR roles at companies such as Realex Payments, Waitrose, Savvis, LG Electronics, Reckitt Benckiser Plc, and Aon Limited. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing the recruitment life-cycle, building strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinating assessments and interviews, providing HR support, and implementing recruitment strategies.

Rebecca Platt's education history includes obtaining various certifications and completing degrees in different fields. In 2002-2003, they attended Winchester School of Art and obtained a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design. From 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Diploma in Primary Education at Canterbury Christ Church University. In 2008-2009, they studied Personnel Skills and earned a Certificate from Home Learning College. Finally, up until 2015, Rebecca received training and became an Accredited Partner at Strengthscope. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications, including ones in areas like equity, HR resilience, wellbeing at work, strategic HR, remote work, HR in the age of AI, people as a competitive advantage, and people analytics from the Josh Bersin Academy.
