Vijay Mhaskar

Vijay Mhaskar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vijay is currently serving as the SVP of Engineering & Pune Site lead at Veritas Technologies LLC. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Quick Heal, where they led a $50+ million business and was responsible for sales, support, marketing, and product development. Before Quick Heal, they worked at Avaya as the Sr. Director - R&D, Pune and Hyderabad R&D Center Head, leading the engineering organization responsible for real-time communication software products. At Symantec Software India Private Ltd, they held the position of VP Engineering Information Management group, leading three product lines and managing a team of 650+ engineers. Vijay also served as the Head of India Engineering at Saba Inc, where they delivered HR software solutions. Additionally, they founded and served as the President of Clarice Technologies. Vijay Mhaskar started their career at Godrej & Boyce EBE as a Development Executive and has held various positions at Sun Microsystems and NCR.

Vijay Mhaskar completed their Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, between 1986 and 1988. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical from the University of Mumbai, completing it between 1982 and 1986.
