Rachel Phillips Rigby

Rachel Phillips Rigby currently serves as the Senior Program Director for Extended Supply Chains at Verité, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Global Lead for Human Rights at the Rainforest Alliance from January 2019 to September 2023. Rachel's extensive experience also includes serving as the Deputy Division Chief for Research and Policy at the U.S. Department of Labor from 2003 until December 2018. Educationally, Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration in International Management and Corporate Social Responsibility from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, earned between 2001 and 2003, and a Bachelor's Degree from Grinnell College, completed in 1997.
