Lavarris has held various roles at Veritex Community Bank, including SVP, BSA Client Risk Director, Vice President BSA Client Risk Review Director, and Vice President Client Risk Review Officer-Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Texas Capital Bank as an Assistant Vice President BSA/AML Risk Analyst II and Supervisor Risk and Control Business Analyst Group. Additionally, they served as a Senior Business Analyst-Fraud Solutions at ARGO and as a Loan Officer at Intouch Credit Union.
