Kornelia Oszkinis, MSAP, has a diverse work experience in various roles. Kornelia is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Verition Fund Management LLC, where they focus on global investment strategies. Prior to this, they worked at Atlantic Group as a Human Resources Operations Manager and Coordinator, where they were responsible for maintaining and reporting HRIS/ATS system, managing the payroll process, and handling invoices. Kornelia also worked at HumanEdge as an Account Manager, where they conducted full-cycle recruitment for healthcare, finance, and creative roles. Additionally, they worked at Onward Search as a Strategic Accounts Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator. Kornelia'sresponsibilities included recruitment for digital, creative, and tech talent, conducting interviews, and negotiating contracts. Kornelia also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of New Haven and as a Correctional Counseling Intern at Garner Correctional Institution.
