Lauren Masucci-Bhattacharya has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 with a role as a Client Support Analyst at ITRS. Lauren then moved on to Deutsche Bank in 2016, where they worked as an Associate in Regulatory Reporting until 2018. From there, Lauren joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President until 2019. In 2020, they founded their own company, EL LLC, where they served as CEO and Founder until 2021. In 2021, Lauren took on the role of ITIL Process Owner at the Kansas Office of Information Technology Services, before transitioning to their current position as a Trade Operations Developer at Verition Fund Management LLC in 2022. Additionally, in 2013, Lauren founded F.U.S.E - Fun Using Science Experiments, a program that teaches young students the concepts of Computer/Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, and Physics through hands-on learning.
Lauren Masucci-Bhattacharya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Manhattan College. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Business Consulting from IAP Career College in September 2020 and ITIL foundation from ACQUIROS, Inc. in July 2017.
