Christa Jacobson

Christa Jacobson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Director of Learning & Development at Verizon since October 1997. Christa has advanced through various roles within the company, including Director, Associate Director, and Training Manager, focusing on the development and implementation of training strategies that align with organizational objectives. Additionally, Christa has held the position of Corporate Trainer, delivering essential training programs. Prior to Verizon, Christa worked at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania as a Call Center Coach, where responsibilities included coaching and developing call center employees. Christa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Wheeling University, earned between 1999 and 2001.
