Dan Gerola

Dan Gerola currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance Operations at Verizon, where responsibilities include leading Finance Operations within the Global Services organization and overseeing various financial functions with a large multinational team. Prior to Verizon, Dan held senior positions at Express Scripts as the Sr. Director of Contact Centers and Front End Operations, at Bright House Networks as the Sr. Director of Customer Care, and at Sprint in multiple leadership roles, culminating as Sr. Manager of Customer Care. Dan's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and a bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
