Jerome Karnick

Jerome Karnick is a seasoned legal and corporate executive with extensive experience at Verizon since 2005, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Assets & EHS, following prior roles including Senior Vice President - Strategic Sourcing & Deputy General Counsel and Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to Verizon, Jerome held the position of Counsel at Verizon Wireless and Ameritech Cellular, and worked as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis. Jerome holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami.
