Lou Tedrick

Lou Tedrick is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organization development, learning and development, and employee relations, currently serving as VP of Global Learning and Development at Verizon since August 2016. Lou has played a pivotal role as a Verizon Zero Based Budgeting leader in HR and Training. Previously, Lou held the position of SVP of Workforce Development at Verizon Wireless. Lou's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Fashion/Apparel Design and two advanced degrees—a Master of Labor and Human Resources and a Master of Science—both from The Ohio State University.
