Nathaniel Drapiza

Nathaniel Drapiza serves as the Senior Director of Experience Design at Verizon, with a career trajectory that includes multiple leadership roles in experience design across various strategic initiatives and product lines, focusing on consumer and business experiences. Extensive experience at Verizon includes leadership of the CX Strategic Initiatives design team and oversight of the Home Network & Entertainment product experience. Prior to Verizon, Nathaniel held key roles at R/GA, leading creative efforts for major clients such as Samsung and Johnson & Johnson, and has significant experience in managing teams across global networks. Nathaniel began a design career at Empire Design Studio and made their way through various design roles, ultimately earning a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Florida.
