Nikia Anderson

Nikia Anderson is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as a Global Consultant at Verizon since June 2006. In this role, Nikia focuses on training delivery, ensuring exceptional service for clients while understanding their unique needs. Additionally, as a Master Trainer, Nikia is responsible for training, certifying, and developing other trainers. Nikia also has experience as a motivational speaker with TNAA, where motivational training was provided to enhance customer experience among employees. Academic qualifications include degrees in Network+ and A+ from Fayetteville Technical Community College and Pima Community College, respectively, along with study at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
