Omar Raja

Omar Raja is an experienced professional in AI product management, currently serving as Associate Director of AI Product Management at Verizon since May 2012. Prior positions at Verizon include Senior Manager for AI/ML Product Owners, AI Product Manager, Principal Data Scientist, Lead Data Scientist, Data Scientist, IT Strategy, and Data Analyst. Prior to Verizon, Omar worked at Rutgers New Brunswick Computing Services as a ResNet Dispatch Consultant, providing Tier 2 technical support, and as a Computer Lab Consultant. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (Honors) from Rutgers University and several graduate certificates in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence from Southern Methodist University and Stevens Institute of Technology, respectively. Notable recognitions include a Customer Service Appreciation Award and Consultant of the Month award during tenure at Rutgers.
