Steven Rice

Steven Rice is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over two decades of experience in network planning and operations. Currently, Steven serves as Vice President of Network Planning at Verizon, bringing expertise from previous roles including Executive Director and Director of both Network Planning and Service Performance. Prior to Verizon, Steven held key positions at Alltel, including Vice President of Network Operations and Director of RF Engineering. Steven holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications from the University of Mississippi, earned between 1992 and 1997.
