Kelly Larson

Kelly Larson is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical and university recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Recruiting at Verkada since January 2020, Kelly has also held key roles such as Manager of Technical University Recruiting and Head of University Recruiting at Rubrik, Inc. from August 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, Kelly worked as a Corporate Recruiter at EAT Club and as a Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners, where recruitment focused on early-stage start-ups and enterprise companies in Silicon Valley. Kelly holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business.
